Cate: I have so much acne in this region...I have an acne mustache.
Bethanie: I have an acne beard.
Cate: Well, I'm kinda sporting an acne gotee too.
Bethanie: I have a mask if you want to wear it.
Cate: Oh, you mean a brown paper bag?
Bethanie: Noooo! I meant a cleansing mask.
Cate: Yeah, a brown paper bag is a cleansing mask because I'll be dead and all my sins will be washed away.

I thought it was supposed to go away as soon as you hit 21.
