"Our New Life"
My brother knows the couple personally and while I don’t, their story amazes me nonetheless. Please take the time to vote.
Off to Pittsburgh...
…to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. <3
Oh, when the Saints...
go kickin’ the Colts ass… What a sweet, sweet melody.
So, I’ve been working at the same place for almost 8 months now. I can’t believe that April 25th marks my one year in Texas. Time has gone by so quickly, and I’ve learned more life lessons than I ever thought I could. I guess that’s what happens when you turn 25. You begin to grow up even when you try your hardest not to.
Oh, Twitter.
I deleted catekim_ because of some dbags that messed with the wrong girl and well, now I’m back, and I’m ready to fight.

Travel Hell
Usually, after a long and wonderful break, I blog about how I’m so blessed to have amazing friends and family. Well, I’ll cut that crap out and tell you how horrible American Airlines truly is.
My flight from Pittsburgh to Dallas got canceled. They immediately put me on another flight where I was stuck with two ugly, barking dogs. Then I got to Dallas where my flight to Amarillo was canceled. I was put up at the Hilton and had to be up and ready to go by 4:30am. I boarded the Amarillo flight 10 minutes late and sat on the runway for god knows how long. Lets just say that we took off the time we were supposed to arrive. I got to baggage claim and they lost my bag. I finally received it hours later and my world was almost complete.
I’ve sent AA an e-mail and a fax, and I won’t stop until I receive compensation. I’m an angry writer, and I’m sure they’ll get sick of me because for a brief moment, I had to take a break from myself.
I thought I’d never say this, but… it’s great to be back in Amarillo.
Winter Wonderland
I’ve been in Chicago for a few days now. I was really excited to experience snow, but now I realize how much I hate it. It makes my hair frizz, gets my clothes wet, gets into my eyes causing me to run into people and things. Lame.
In 3 days, I’ll be in ShitsPittsburgh with Matt. I’m excited to spend time with him and see what Pittsburgh has to offer. If anything. Ever.
RIP Brittany Murphy
I can’t believe I just watched Bruno.
I can’t believe I actually watched it.
Two thumbs down or up his butt. Whichever.
Today...
is my one year anniversary with catekim.com. Did I renew it? You better believe your sweet ass I did. I’m currently celebrating by watching season 5 of The Office and eating Mino Oreo bites aka watching my ass grow by the second. I know I haven’t been good with updates, but I’m trying to get back on track. Life hasn’t been crazy (don’t you hate when people say it is?) so there are no excuses!
I’m leaving for Chicago (for a visit) in 12 days. I’m excited to go home, see family and eat Korean food. I refuse to eat such tasty food in Texas let alone Amarillo. Then on the 30th, I leave for Pittsburgh where I’ll celebrate New Year’s with Matt. We’ve been together for a little over 3 and a half months and it feels longer-in a good way-that’s what she said!
Well now I’ve moved on to Kix cereal. I’m celebrating since my BlackBerry 9700 should be here today. It was supposed to be here yesterday, but USPS sucks major cock. I’m thinking I should wait outside for a few minutes and see if the mailman comes around. Make sure they drop off the package and not a notice, which they didn’t even drop off since they got the zip codes mixed up.
USPS, you are the biggest fail of the week!
My exciting (boring) life!
I haven’t posted in a while because… 1) my life is boring 2) my life is boring and 3) my life is boring. The only thing getting me through November is seeing Matt in less than two weeks. I haven’t been going out because I wanted needed to save money; however, I’ve spent $600 on travel arrangements from here to Chicago to Pittsburgh and back to Amarillo. I’m excited to be going home for I haven’t seen my family in a year, and I’m sure they can’t wait to tell me how I’ve gained so much weight. It’ll be great fun.
Anyway, that’s all I have for now. Peace out, girl scout.
